William F. Ray Meade, III, 24 of Mooresville, passed away suddenly in an automobile accident on May 10, 2015 in Monrovia. He was born, October 9, 1990 in Indianapolis to Mark A. Meade and Melissa Ann “Missie” (Wetter) Meade; his parents survive.
Ray was a 2011 graduate of Mooresville High School. A true country boy, he enjoyed anything outdoors, hunting, fishing, and getting dirty. Ray also enjoyed his farm animals and is survived by his two fur friends, Stump and Diesel. He currently worked in manufacturing at Toa since July 2014.
Ray and his high school sweetheart, Stephanie R. Stevens were planning to be married on October 17, 2015; she survives. Other survivors include his step-mother, Jerica Meade of Mooresville; Sister, Melinda A. (Tom) Reed of Monrovia; his paternal grandparents, William F. Ray, Jr and Suzie Meade of Mooresville; maternal grandmother, Linda Glass of Indianapolis; life-long best buddies, Jake Goodin and James Rodriquez both of Mooresville and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Family and friends will gather for visitation in the chapel at Carlisle-Branson Funeral Service & Crematory in Mooresville from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 14. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 15 at the funeral home with burial to follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Plainfield.
