  2. So many memories with him and the family. I pretty much lived with them in my younger years. He was definitely a second dad to me. Loved him like my own dad. Richard will be missed by so many. He was always smiling. Don’t ever remember him being upset about anything in the 40+ years I have known him. Rest In Peace, God has gained a very special Angel ߘ‡ ߌ¹ Tina

Than he met my mom and started his own family. 5 kids later and their spouses, 11 grandkids and their spouses , 24 great grandkids and 1 great-great grandchild is his legacy. He showered us all with love and advice. My dad never judged anyone. I remember anyone we brought through our front door he welcomed with open arms. 14. every moment spent with grandpa was one to remember, but here are some of my favorites. i remember when everybody would come over to my house on the weekends, the girls would play board games, and the guys would watch games on the tv, while i had my white board in the living room and grandpa and bill would tell me some of their favorite things, and i would try to draw it with my markers. i also remember how i would always lay on his stomach when i was little, and he would just let me sleep there. grandpas tricks and jokes were always so funny, i remember when he would always ask if the kids wanted a milkshake, and when we would say yes he would grab the jug of milk and shake it in front of our faces. i remember when we always had to get him a vanilla ice cream from wendy’s if we would go before coming over to swim, or when he would get an ice cream and eat it in front of our faces telling us how good it was, i remember every time we left the house he would sit outside on the porch and i would roll my window down yelling to him he was an old fart. i miss grandpa, so much. i miss how his smile and laugh would bright up the whole room. he was not only an amazing grandpa, but my best friend.
