Doris McClanahan
92, of Camby, passed away on June 5, 2020 at her home, surrounded by her family. Doris was born on May 31, 1928 in Indian Springs, Indiana to the late Everett and Esta (Chastain) Johnson.
Doris worked in the cafeteria for Mooresville School Corporation for many years, before retirement. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Mooresville. She enjoyed reading, watching her grandchildren play sports. She will be missed.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter Peggy McClanahan as well as 8 brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her son Michael (Cathy) McClanahan of Martinsville; daughters Susan (David) Bunch of Mooresville, Jill McClanahan of Camby; grandchildren Patrick, Sara, Kevin Bunch, Peyton Bullimore, Dayna Jones and 6 great grandchildren.
According to her wishes, she will be cremated and laid to rest on Friday, June 12th at 12noon in White Lick Cemetery, Mooresville. A celebration of Doris’ life will be held Sunday, June 14th from 2-5pm at The Links at Heartland Crossing Clubhouse, 6701 E Heartland Blvd, Camby, IN 46113.
Final arrangements and cremation are entrusted to Carlisle- Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville.

I will always think of her when Mooresville high school basketball comes around. And smile. She lived a long life. Thinking of you girls, Susan and Jill.
