Robert "Bob" D. Marine

Robert “Bob” D. Marine, 88, of Camby, passed away May 7, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Bob was born November 25, 1930, in Mooresville, Indiana to the late Earl and Lucille (Moore) Marine.
Robert proudly served in the United States Navy. Bob and Janet owned and operated Crest Cleaners for 42 years. He was a life time member at the V.F.W. Post 1111 and American Legion Post 103. Bob was also member of Camby Community Church, The Gideon’s International, and Mooresville Chamber of Commerce. Robert enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling and golfing. He was an awesome husband, father, grandfather and is going to be greatly missed by his loving family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Janet; three sons of Mooresville, Mike (Kathy), Bruce (Julie), and James (Beverly); two sisters, Jeanne (Norman) Ricker of California and Karen (Morris) Davis of Florida; seven grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Friday, May 10, 2019, 4 to 8 p.m., at the Camby Community Church: 8604 Camby Road, Camby, Indiana 46113. Funeral service will be Saturday, May 11, 2019, 11 a.m., at the church. Burial will be at White Lick Cemetery at a later date. I have many memories of Bob Marines family. In fact 50 yrs of good family memories. I was aware of his failing but so many persons passing @ once. In his prime he enjoyed teasing some. So sorry to see this in FB this morn Wed 1am May 8th. Definitely still praying for all through this period. Love to you all…
