Guestbook

  1. This is Larry in the early Fall 1985 with his grandson Justin. I believe ( I was 3 at the time) the photo was taken at his home on Arcola Ct in Beech Grove.

  2. Thinking of you, Carrie & family, at this difficult time. Wishing you strength and comfort as you grieve this significant loss of your precious father. Love you so much. LB & Family

  3. Sending our condolences to the Farley family on the loss of you father. It is so hard when you lose a loved one, we only have them in memory which makes us smile when we think of them. God is good keep trusting in him. The loss of a father is a heavy burden to bear. He is a source of quiet strenght that is so missed when he is not there. Wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your heart. May you be comforted by the out pouring of love that surrounds you. From: Cleve and Joyce Mitchell

  4. My brother our brother was the best brother anyone could ever hope for.

We as siblings were very close. Larry myself and Jo Linda were left in our late teens without any parents. Our parents went home to be with the Lord very early in life; however we did have an older sister that took us under her wings and helped us out any way she possibly could. We lost our beloved older sister in February 2015.

Larry and I were especially close. We went to 12 years of school together graduating together. After graduation we moved to Indiana to find work and even shared an apartment before I was married and he went off to serve our country, we were so very proud of him.

Losing my brother is very difficult for me, but I am so grateful that in the past 5 + months he has been able to get his dignity back and be the happiest we have seen him for a very long time. He loved his apartment at Miller’s and all the people that he was able to get to know in those short 5 + months. We talked as often as possible for many years. In the last 5+ months we talked or saw each other almost every day.

Every night or day as long as he was able he would say as I was leaving I love you sis and tell Bob I love him too.

We will see you again soon brother, I know you are so very happy now and enjoying seeing all the love ones that have gone on before you.

    Love you Brother
    Shirley

  5. I am truly sorry to hear of the loss of your father, husband, brother, grandfather, uncle. Please accept our condolences and may our prayers help comfort you. May God put him in a special place where he is watching the people who loved and cherished him. God Bless!

  6. Uncle Larry- you only needed a few minutes to know the love and pride he had in God and his family. He had that twinkle in his eye that told you to enjoy life for it is short and always walk towards the lord. He served his Country and worked very hard to provide for his family. My Uncle Larry was “One of the good guys” I will miss his good heart and spirit! Love Vicki

  7. Cousin Larry, you truly will be missed. You were a wonderful family man, that was loved by all. Always with a smile and a sparkle in your eyes. My dear mother (your aunt Lois) and my loving father (uncle O.L.) thought you could walk on water. You were the apple in there eyes. Another angel has earned his wings!!!! May you rest in peace. Love and hugs cousin Debbie

  8. To Larry’s family and friends, I’m sure you know this…but he was the most positive man. He was always helping someone in some way. He always had a smile on his face, we talked about God on numerous occasions, he was a good Christian and his family meant the world to him. You will be greatly missed Larry, from your friends and family at Millers…..Nancy Roach, Resident Service Director
