Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. My first memories are when we moved across the street from Sharon in about 1953. We were both raised by mothers that were clean freaks; no getting dirty in or outside the house. Our Moms became good pals parents often played cards. We met up again when I was looking for a job and she helped with a good recommendation for Labco. At this point we were mothers of teens and their trials. We both started lives with new spouses and life went on. The last few years we often crossed paths in our home town. Sincere prayers go to Bob, the girls and their families. Feel blessed to had Sharon for a friend.

  2. The first time that I met Sharon was in 1979, after graduating from MHS, I started working at Labeco. Working with Sharon was great and we became friends from the start. I had moved to Texas and once I returned back to Mooresville, I kept running into Sharon. We couldn’t figure out what was bringing us back together again, but someone had a plan. We began where we had left off, sharing memories and
cherished friendships. Sharon knew I was a Christmas freak, never having less than 6 trees in my house and she called me last year to help decorate her tree, a cherished memory that I will never forget. Sharon was a strong, wonderful, sympatric, co-worker and cherished friend that will not be forgotten. My deepest sympathies go out to Bob, the girls and their families, may her memories live forever in your hearts. Ginger Sheley

  3. I met Sharon when she and Bob moved next to us in town, I think we were neighbors for about 1-2 years before my family moved. She was usually busy around the yard and always ready to chat with me and the kids. I will cherish the memories of being on the swing of the front porch talking and enjoying the simple things of life. My little one loved that swing and sometimes would invite herself over. My deepest sympathy to Bob and all the family.
