I wish I could have been more . I thought of you often and of course you now know I wrote you letters I intended to send but had never followed through. I am forever grateful for all that you have done for my family. We will always be brown eyed twins and full of it. I love you Uncle Johnny with all my heart and I am glad you are home with your family and your beautiful wife Aunt Becky, who I remember saved my life and taught me to walk never giving up on me. I will miss your tight hugs and beautiful smile. Love Christine
I think of all the heroes in the world and you are mine. You were my knight and shining armor. I am forever grateful, for your warmth, your heart and most of all your luv. You will be missed but always in my thoughts..
Our thoughts and condolences to the Chastain family. To know Uncle John was to love him; a kind heart, a generous soul, and a patient disposition. He showed love to all he met and lead by example of what it meant to be a great man. He forever impacted those around him with support, friendship, and memories that won’t be forgotten. May you find peace and comfort that his soul lives on from those encounters and experiences. Go Rest High on that Mountain Uncle John and give a hug to Becky from all of us.
