Larry D. Ulrich
80, Mooresville, passed away on May 20, 2017 at home. Larry was born on December 18, 1936 in Muskegon, Michigan to the late Jesse Ulrich and Wanda V. (Ling) Ulrich. Larry was a graduate of Hagerstown High School in 1954. He then served his country honorably in the U.S. Army.
Following service, he worked for Miller Dairy in Cambridge City, before moving to Mooresville and started work for the Indiana Gas Company (later Vectren) until his retirement in 1991, after 38 years of service. When he wasn’t working, you could find him on a lake in a boat pursuing his true passion, bass fishing!
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Jim Ulrich.
His survivors include his daughters; Kathy (Terry) Anderson, Karen (Mike) Herbert, a brother; Don (Dea) Ulrich, a sister Marilyn Seamons, grandchildren; Terry Anderson II, Jenny (Geoffrey) Durham, Corey Anderson, Megan Herbert, Rachel Herbert, two great grandsons; Thor and Callon Anderson and longtime companion Bonnie Rigsby.
A memorial service for Larry will be held Tuesday May 30th at 1:00pm at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with visitation from 11am until time of the memorial service.

Larry was a kind and compassionate man. We have many fond memories of boating with Larry and his family. He was optimistic and fun to be with.
I am very sorry to hear of this. It is to late to attend the service. I knew Larry from Indiana Gas Co. He taught me so much. This news makes me so sad. He was a wonderful person. My sympathy to the family. Dennis Miessen, Noblesville, IN
