‘Vern’ was my grandpa’s best friend. They were truly a riot when they were together. So glad their friendship will continue in heaven.
Vern was my dads best friend he loved going to his house and just sit in the garage and talk about nothing but about everything they laughed all the time. They are probably working on a car togather now
Proverbs 17:6 Children’s children are the crown of old men;and the glory of children are their fathers.
Many beautiful memories. Lonnie will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Our deepest sympathy and prayers are with you all. Love, Tim & Sheila Sanders
Lonnie always had a such great smile and a good laugh. Awesome memories. Our prayers go out to Barbara and all the children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Much love, Lynne and Clayton
Lonnie, my dad, Jim Harris and I spent a lot of time together when I was kid. Fishing, and golf (we were all terrible) were the primary things, but we also did slot cars, card playing, working on cars, and lots else. We always had a great time together. Good times missed by all.
Uncle Lonnie, which is my Mom’s older brother, there were a lot of memories some when I was younger and staying all night playing with Debbie, Sandy and Wayne. We were all such a close ‘Ralph-Harris’ family. Then when I was much older Uncle Lonnie was really there for me…needless to say my vehicles were not very reliable and when something would go wrong Uncle Lonnie would be there for me. He saved me on many occasions with my cars. Cant forget the times he tried to get Noah to fish. I am very thankful to you, Uncle Lonnie:heart: from your niece, Kelly Callahan -Harris
