Hi Steve and Linda. So sorry to learn of your Dad’s passing this week. I wish to extend my sincere and heartfelt condolences to you and family. I have so many wonderful memories of Bill going all the way back to the 60’s. Once I got past his tough persona, he took me into his circle of friends as if his own son. He had some meaningful life learning advice for me along the growing up years in the 60’s and early 70’s and we remained friends forever after. Although a couple of decades passed without much contact, I had the good fortune over the past few years to renew our friendship with visits to his home in Mooresville. I will always remember Bill as a hard working family man always true to his word. Please know you will be in my thoughts and prayers in the days and weeks ahead.
Steve and Anita. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this saddened time. Although we know dying is inevitable, it is never easy to let go. I know there will be many days of heartache as you grieve your loss, but the happy memories will take over. We only met your dad a couple of times, but to watch the love he had for you was immeasurable. That is the best thing any person could wish for from a parent. The love and respect you had for him, he took with him with his last breath. Every parent wishes that with their children. He is at peace, and will continue to look down and protect you and your family. Share your happy memories to keep his legacy alive for he was a great husband, brother, father, grandfather and friend to all. All our love. Julie and Bryan
