Mitchell "Mickey" Campbell

Mitchell “Mickey” Campbell, 60 of Mooresville, passed away unexpectedly during the early morning hours on October 10, 2015 at his home. He was born in Indianapolis on May 17, 1955 to Ralph and Allene (Hensley) Campbell; his father preceded him in death. Mitch was united in marriage to his loving wife, Carol L. (Newby) Campbell; she survives.
Mitch worked in maintenance with various companies throughout the years; he was most recently employed at Truck Stops of America, retiring in 2012. A talented musician, he enjoyed playing his guitar and composing music.
Along with his wife, other survivors include his mother, Allene Campbell of Indianapolis; two children, Brandon S. (Wife: Cheree) Campbell of Indianapolis and Lindsay (fianc: Grant Cameron) Campbell of Avon; his sister, Shirley (Husband: Bob) Musgrove of Indianapolis; five grandchildren, Russell and Jace Cameron, Brandon Campbell, III, Kaylee Campbell and Brayden Campbell; several nieces and nephews and his poodle, Bianca. He was preceded in death by his sister, Kim Lathrope.
A graveside service will be conducted on Wednesday, October 14 at 10:00 a.m. at White Lick Cemetery in Mooresville. i will miss my very tall and funny cousin, we may not have seen each other that much it just seemed like we always picked up our conversations where we left them after not seeing one another for awhile. my prayer’s go out to my aunt allene and her family. i love you all. janet wilson
