Barbara L. Evans, age 70, of Mooresville, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Born October 13, 1944, in Jamestown, KY, she was the daughter of the late Dallas and Hada (Helm) Antle. Her sons, Chris and Bobby Evans also preceded her in death.
Barbara attended Whiteland Missionary Baptist Church. She loved to garden and also loved flowers.
Survivors include her husband, Lindo Evans; her son, Mark Evans; her sister, Beatrice (Curtis Dean) Coffey; her brother, Roscoe Antle; and numerous friends.
Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Brad Hicks on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the Carlisle-Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with burial at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood. Friends may call Sunday, July 5, 2015 from 2 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
