Tammy D. (Blake) Storms, 43, of Camby, passed away peacefully at her home with her loving husband and children by her side on Sunday, December 14, 2014. Tammy was born on April 16, 1971 in Indianapolis to Robert E. and Doretta (Long) Blake, her parents survive. Other survivors include her husband of 22 years, Matthew R. Storms, Sr.; two children, Kristine D. and Matthew R. Storms, Jr. both of Camby; her brothers and sisters, Shirley Schloesser of Spencer, IN, Robert Blake, Jr., Victoria Blake, Karen Childers, Beverly Earnhardt and Bryan Blake all of Indianapolis. Tammy enjoyed her 18 years of work in the research department at J.P. Morgan Chase Bank in their Indianapolis processing center. She was a member of Faith Assembly of God in Beech Grove, she enjoyed her work as a volunteer for Relay For Life and United Way; Tammy enjoyed gardening, reading and spending time with her three dogs, Bear, Nikkita and Sassy. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 19 at Carlisle-Branson Funeral Service & Crematory in Mooresville with calling there from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to Relay For Life or The American Cancer Society.   1. this is a very lovely video of our niece thankyou . tammy forget the in-law cause when you marry matt you were family we all eight of matthew’s aunts,uncle’s and all the cousins on the storms side loved tammy very much and we all have very fond and loving memory’s of her and her life with our familys and her and matt’s and kiddo’s as well as dennis ,Mathew’s dad, and mom and grandpa and ma storms we all love you and will miss you and your beautiful smile we will never forget you you’ll always remain in our heart ‘s I had a letter read at our momma’s funeral by my daughter I had written and in it was a saying i had printed on our grandbabys grave and other baby’s a marker it read (what the heart has once known it shall never forget ). bible verse Isaiah 40;31,. matthew and matt jr ,Kristine and dennis we love you all take care god bless you as well as tammy’s family such a sweetheart gone to soon .till we meet again tammy in heaven . enjoy every bit of it take it all in cause it’s a beautiful place heaven and god wow he’s even more beautiful gave momma and daddy and momma in law my best friend . and my grandbaby angel marie,my twin . lots of hugs and kisses love you lots your aunt’ s me becky kathy,amelia .uncles ralph joseph,gerald,tim and all our family’s

  2. Matthew Storms and family/Tammy Storms family! I am truly sorry to learn of the loss of your loved one! Cancer does not choose it’s victims and the pain and suffering associated with it! I didn’t know Tammy very well as I only met her briefly a few times but I am confident she was a beautiful and special person! Please accept my condolences and may your loved one rest in peace!
