Patricia, Our hearts are heavy here in SoCal! We’re praying for all of you. Love, Bryon, Rebecca, Joshua, Jeremiah, and Micah Greene
I remember when I met Jamie for the first time. Phil and Hillary were having Thanksgiving at their old house. I was a little nervous meeting everyone for the first time so I found myself a corner to watch all the going’s on, I must have looked a little overwhelmed because Jamie walked up to me and said (If you need to take a break from the crazy follow me) I grabbed Jimmy and we went to the garage where he handed me a beer and a ashtray and told me to relax. He was such a sweet guy. I am so thankful I got to know this gentle soul. I will miss him.
We certainly enjoyed the short time we knew Jamie, Tuesday night poker at the club house. He was so excited this past Tuesday sharing his hunting trip and that big buck he got. Tuesday nights will not be the same. Our hearts are heavy and we certainly will be praying for the family.
We have so many fond memories of our travels together. Watching the sunset at The Pitons, waiting at the airport in San Juan with the comedian, Jamie getting dressed as a woman for The Quest and parading around the room, our days soaking up the sun on those beautiful Caribbean islands, all the hats he purchased from every place he visited; and most recently, wasting away in Margaritaville in Atlantic City and the beach time in Ocean City. He was a gentle soul with kind heart. Our thoughts and prayers are with Patricia and the family. May God comfort you in your grief.
All those wonderful evenings on the deck in Hartland will never be forgotten. So much fun, so many laughs, so stress relieving thanks Patricia for sharing Jamie with us too. All the help with our wedding and how Jamie along with you was such a awesome part of that wonderful time for us. So sad we can not attend the funeral tomorrow, but our hearts will be there with all of you. A Phenomenal man we will all miss, but never forget. Hugs and kisses from us from too far away. Love you all. Randy and Heidi
Jamie was a great friend and we will all miss his kindness. We grieve along with Patricia and her family and we pray for her speedy recovery. We know that James is in heaven visiting with all of the others in our family and circle of friends that have left us too soon. His ability to talk NASCAR, Packers, hunting, guns, archery and all things Wisconsin is well documented. His love of nature and way with animals was nothing short of amazing, and his skill in projects and handcrafting was a real gift. He always had kinds words and we miss him already. I was privileged to talk with him on Tuesday about this year’s deer hunt and will remember my time with him and Patricia. God bless!
