We’ve known Rick for about ten years, hadn’t seen him in a while, but he’s always been a good friend. we used to drink a few beers together and watch the races, been a while, but we had some good times.Sorry to all of the family members for your loss…Jack & Kathy Talbott….the neighbors on Brentwood drive. RIP Rick
Thank you Jack and Kathy for your kind words. I know he thought a lot of you both also. Ricks Aunt Patti
You’re welcome Patti. he was a good guy, no matter what had gone on in his life, he had a good heart, would help you if you needed help. Him and Sue were good neighbors……Jack
I will always love you and miss you Rick. You were my brothers only son. Even though you went through a lot of trials and tribulations in your life you were always a survivor. That shows just how strong of a person you truly were. I remember babysitting you as a little one and you always was a joyous child (except when you were throwing a temper fit and banging your head on the floor). Lol. Honery and mischievous at times, but none the less a lovable child. I have too many fond memories to list, but just know I loved you and always tried to protect you or help you anyway I could. May you rest in peace knowing your only aunt will truly miss you!!! My Love Always, Aunt Patti
My Dad had a good heart and always had the best of intentions. Sometimes that meant I was unhappy with his decision. He wasn’t in my life much as a child. I didn’t really get to know him until I was a teenager. He voiced his opinion about me getting married at 16 and was strongly against it, even though it was the best thing for me to do with my life. He was always there for me when I just needed someone to listen to me vent. Never judge me for my choices. Dad took every opportunity to let me know how proud of me he was for having 4 kids and doing better than I was taught. He wasn’t there mucho or me as a kid, but he was a good papaw to my kids. The only one they had. He will be missed more than he could have ever imagined. I wish we would have spent more time together. He was so very young to pass away. Anyone that knows my dad knows he didn’t think much of doctors. He was stubborn in his way. None the less I will miss him and love him very much -Kasey
