Betty was my friend and one of my long time Avon customers. When my kids were little they always wanted to go with me to deliver Bettys Avon order. They loved visiting with her as much as I did. I always took all three of my kids by her house for Halloween. She always had a special bag of candy made up special for each of my kids. She never missed sending our family a Christmas card. I think her’s were always one of the first cards that we received every year. Betty was one special lady who will be greatly missed. My Condolences go out to the entire Allen Family. Pamela, Russ, Kalee Ann, Heather, & Tyce Bush
My family offers our condolences. Betty was a great neighbor throughout my childhood years. R. Stephen Andrew,Jr. and family
Linda, Becky, Danny, Doug so sorry that your Mom has left this Earth. She always seemed to have such a soft voice and a gentle laugh that will be missed by many. She was like a Step-mom to my kids and Doug and Amy were like step kids to me. Time sure gets away from us doesn’t it? I remember the Euchre club we were in and the good times we had. My deepest sympathy goes out to you all and your extended families at this time. My prayer is that somehow you will all get through this and continue to be drawn to each other so you can reminisce over old memories together. You’re all that are left of this branch of the Allen family tree and it has it’s good times and bad times. May the future find your bond to be drawn to the good times and bring you all together in that bond. Love each and every one of you. Your Mom was one of a kind.
Danny, Doug, Amy, and the rest of the Allen family, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. I wish I could have attended the service today but I just returned from being at summer camp for a week and saw that the service is today. If there is anything I can do, please let me know. She is with your Dad and in a much better place. I am sure they are both keeping watch over all of us.
