Cathy. Donies cousin???
My nanny was the best person anyone could ever meet. I’m a lot like her in many ways. If she didn’t like you, you knew it. She didn’t put up with any crap from nobody. If you needed her, even if you are a stranger, she would help. She was a gorgeous, loving, kind hearted woman. My favorite memories of her is when we would stay up till 3 AM watching scary movies and eating Cheerios. That was her favorite midnight snack. There are many days were I miss doing stuff like that with her. I miss calling and telling her goodnight. I miss waking up to the smell of fresh coffee and breakfast. She always had a cup ready for me. She picked me up when I was sad and we laughed when I was happy. I sucks so bad that it all had to come to an end so quickly. I just hope that she is watching me up there, with her hand in my papaws. I’m positive that they have a motorcycle by know. I love you so much Nanny and I will miss you forever!!!!
This is beautiful. I sure enjoyed every picture. Thanks for sharing.:broken_heart::heart::heart::heart::heart:

I have worked with Mona since 2003 at TOA. I can remember my first impression of her was she was scary lol. She was very stern when it came to work and did her job well. She kept everyone in line. After working with her for awhile I realized that was the face she felt she had to put on at work but under all of it she was a very kind and loving person. I have great respect for her. We would talk just her and I and soon she was like not just a friend but a mother figure. I loved talking with her and also went to a few parties she would have at her house and it was always a great time. It was a big blow to me when I found out what happened I began to cry. Mona you will be missed you were such a caring and loving individual. Now you are up in heaven you may be gone in body but not in spirit. To Monas family your mom will always be with you always remember that she will be watching over you.

I meet Mona when I was about 18 or 19 years old, I had started working at Nice Pak. She took me under her wing, she was very motherly and stern, but she never scared me, it was more like being her little sister. She helped through a rough divorce and with my kid. I’m a lot like her and don’t have a problem with it. She never turned me away. All those years I never knew that she was related to my brother in law, but when I found out I knew she was my sister… I am sure that she is proud of all of her children, for the great job that they did for the last few days. I had seen her at Donnie’s funeral and she asked me where I was, Chris and I ran into her at Kroger and she said I see you peeking, today she would have said I see you know…. I know that I won’t have to look far to see her because she will always be in my heart as well as Donnie…. You guys don’t party to hard you will keep us all up. I love you… see you soon. Peace and hope!!!!

When I think of Mona, I think of the. love she felt for horses. I Can still remember ud riding them down the street in front of Aunt Lindas house, and my mom thinking I was going to kill myself. Which certsinly could have happened, as I knew nothing about riding a horse! But, Mona showed me the ropes, and to my moms relief, I came safely back. Each and. every memory I have of her, I will cherish that much more!! Bet theres a big ole party going on in Heaven right now with Mona, Aunt Linda and my mom. Til we me again cuz! I loved you so.
Oh my dear, what to say. Known you since the early 80’s and we became friends real quick. We have sat and talked, we’ve cried and we have laughed Shared memories and gave each other advice. Not sure if either of us used it but never the less I am deeply saddened but you are an, will always be apart of my heart. You are one of the most caring, most loving person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. You were like a sister to me and I will miss you deeply. love you always Sis !! .
