Kenneth L. Davis

 81, of Mooresville passed away on January 25, 2025 at Miller’s Merry Manor In Mooresville. Kenneth was born on April 15, 1943 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Harold “Doc” Davis and Winona Pearl (Warmoth) Davis.

Kenneth was a proud graduate of Mooresville High School. He worked as a machinist for Rolls Royce for many years, retiring in 2005. He enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed playing cards with his Thursday Night Card Club friends as well as building and racing radio control cars. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Lodge #3988 in Mooresville.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Sonny Davis, and sisters Vickie Davis and Judy Grebel.

He is survived by wife, Bonita (Hastings) Davis; children Kevin Davis (Jennifer), Kip Davis (Denise), Dena Davis, Alicia Mason (Lance), Amber Laws; his twin sister Sandra S. McPhee (David), sister Cathy Robling (James); 21 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren, who will all miss him dearly.

The family will host a gathering to celebrate Kenneth’s life at the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, 451 Samuel Moore Pkwy, Mooresville, IN, on Saturday, February 8th from 4:00pm-7:00pm, with a memorial service beginning at 5:30pm.

  1. Sorry to learn of Kenny’s passing. He was the Big Brother I never had. His smile, laughter, and sense of humor, and compassion will be missed. Bonita and family, please accept my sympathy and condolences. You’re all in my thoughts and prayers.
