Randell also played guitar in a band and performed regularly at the Senior Center and Hyndsdale Christian Church in Martinsville. He was especially fond of Gospel, Country, and Blue Grass music. With an affinity for the open road, Randell also enjoyed traveling all over the United States on his motorcycle.
