Cheryl L. Busald McClure
75, of Mooreville, passed away on November 23, 2025 at Hendricks Regional Health. Cheryl was born on October 11, 1950 in Beech Grove, Indiana to the late Raymond Joseph Busald and Mary (Sauter) Busald.
Cheryl grew up on the Southside of Indianapolis and was a proud graduate of the 1968 class at Southport High School. She worked in sales for Duncan Supply Company for many years, retiring in 2015. Cheryl married her best friend and the love of her life, Richard McClure, on March 3, 2018. Despite being diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, Cheryl remained joyful. She loved spending time with her siblings, friends and coworkers, traveling and cheering on her Indianapolis Colts. She will be remembered for her cheerful, outgoing personality, who had a knack for bringing people together and was the glue that kept them together.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother David Busald, and a sister Shelly Crook.
She is survived by her husband Richard McClure; daughter Audra McClure (Dan Book); brothers Raymond Busald, Jr., Kenneth Busald (Jo); sisters Karen Shrock (Dave), Mary Tunby (Roy); best friend Sharon McGaha and many nieces and nephews, who will all miss her dearly.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate Cheryl’s life privately.
