Nellie “Ann” Bynum

March 1, 1950 ~ April 9, 2026

Born in: Ripley, Ohio
Resided in: Mooresville, Indiana

Nellie Ann Bynum went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 9, 2026. Ann, as most knew her, was surrounded by family and an enormous amount of love. She was born on March 1,1950 in Ripley, Ohio and attended Decatur Central High School. She married Gary on February 14, 1981

Ann had a full life of many ups and downs but what was most important to her through it all was her faith, family, and friends. She enjoyed sewing (making things for family and friends), cleaning, antiques, flowers and gardening. Holmes County, OH and Pigeon Forge, TN were her favorite places to visit.

She leaves behind a legacy of faith that has impacted not only her family but those she came in contact with whether it was in a store, during treatment or at a restaurant. Her greatest decision was that of accepting Christ as Her Savior, and her greatest joy on earth was her family. That’s what she would want people to know about her.

Ann is survived by: her husband, Gary, her daughters Tabitha (Fred) Parker, Trisha (Brad) Kinder, and Tracy (Kevin) Dorris, and step-daughter Bobbie (Shane) Green, and 10 grandkids and 7 great-grandkids.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Saturday, April 18th from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory in Mooresville. Ann’s Life Celebraton Memorial Service will follow beginning at 3:00 pm at the funeral home. Her earthly remains have been cremated.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Ann’s memory to Our Hospice.
