Lilianna “Lili” Marie Gray

Lilianna “Lili” Marie Gray, 44 years old, of Mooresville, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 14, 2026, at her home with family at her side. She was born on February 17, 1982, in Midwest City, Oklahoma, to Vern Brown and Cynthia (Williams) Long.

Lili will be remembered as a devoted wife to her beloved husband, James Gray III, who she married April 24, 2019. She was a proud Team Lead at Niagra Bottling in Plainfield and was known for her strong work ethic and dedication. Lili’s passion for crafting shone through her love for making and creating many projects including journals, a hobby that brought joy to her

In addition to her crafts, Lili had a special affinity for nature, often collecting different types of stones that sparked her creativity and connection to the earth. She was also an animal lover, finding immense joy in the companionship of her pitbulls, Dexter and Nylah, and her beloved cat, Trupurr.

Above all, Lili was known for her generous spirit. She loved people deeply and always put the needs of others before her own, embodying the true essence of compassion and kindness.

She will be deeply missed by many family and friends including her husband, Jimmy Gray; mother, Cynthia Long; brothers, Jeremy Brown and Jeffrey Porter; sister, Jackie Porter; and mother-in-law, Nancy Gray.

She was preceded in death by her father, Vern Brown.

Family and friends are invited to visit Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory. Lili’s Life Celebration® Service will begin at 11:00 am on Friday, August 21, 2026 at the funeral home with an hour of visiting prior. She will be laid to rest in White Lick Cemetery.
