Chris and his entire organization did a wonderful job with mom’s funeral. Mom had deteriorated in the final weeks of her life, Carlisle Branson gave her dignity back, she was so pretty at the viewing, I know she would have been very happy with how good she looked. We have had many generations of our family use this funeral home. Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful. Jen was very diligent in getting all the details in place for the pre-planning, so when my mother finally did pass, everything went extremely smooth. Greg was very helpful in getting everything taken care of and was an excellent communicator for all of my questions. I was getting this all arranged from 700 miles away. They did not pressure me or try to upsell me at all. They were flexible and assisted me with my choices. The room provided for our family to gather for the service was gorgeous and very classy. It made me feel proud to be there and I know my mother would have definitely approved! I had many items out for the memorial service and when I returned to pick up all the items, much to my surprise they very carefully and neatly had them all packed up for me! Another amazing thing was the personalized sign in book, pamphlets, and thank you notes they prepared from the photos I provided. A lot of thought, design and care went into them. I was very touched at how beautifully they all came out and couldn’t have been happier. They also assisted and choosing a pastor for me since I’m from another state. Pastor Clayton did a wonderful job as he took the time to talk to me at length to really get to know all about my mother. I would not hesitate to recommend Carlisle-Branson Funeral Service for them to take care of your loved ones.

They went above and beyond for my husband‘s funeral I was so overwhelmed the things that they did for us very very outstanding to the guest book to the slideshow and even gave us a picture blanket just couldn’t believe how fantastic they were! Highly recommend them.
