Beth Ann Anderson

October 16, 1954 ~ November 5, 2024
Beth Ann Anderson, 70, of Mooresville, Indiana, passed peacefully at home on November 5th, 2024. She was born on October 16th, 1954, in Muncie, Indiana, to Owen and Deloris (Pierson) Bradley. Beth graduated from Dunkirk High School in 1973, and married Christopher Anderson the same year. She worked as a secretary for the Indiana Department of Corrections for the past 17 years, until her health no longer allowed.
Beth loved all animals and found comfort in having numerous beloved pets over the years. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, baking, and watching crime shows. Beth was a ray of sunshine! Her Christian faith was deep-rooted, and she possessed a natural ability to help others, often going out of her way to do so. She was always joyful and chose to make everyday a good day. Beth was very outgoing and sociable, creating many lasting friendships throughout her life. Her greatest accomplishment was being a loving and present mother to her daughter, Amy. Her strength and resilience remained steadfast until the Lord called her home.
Beth is survived by her husband, Christopher Anderson; daughter, Amy Anderson (partner, Ilona Menel); mother, Deloris Bradley; brothers, Kent and Mitchell Bradley; sister, Cindy Bradley; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
Beth is preceded in death by her father, Owen Bradley; twin brother, Scott Bradley; and sister, Peggy Sutton.
Final arrangements and cremation are entrusted to Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory in Mooresville. Memorial donations may be made in Beth’s honor to any animal charity of choice. She will be laid to rest at Hillcrest Cemetery in Redkey, Indiana at a later date.
Beth was such a loving, caring friend. She was the strongest person I’ve ever known. Where ever we went for a Christian concert we had the best time! Christmas was her favorite time of year. Every year on December 26th she would send a text to a bunch of us saying “only 364 more days until Christmas!” I love you, my beautiful friend & miss you so much!! Until we meet again. Kid
Beth is celebrating with the Lord and has earned her beautiful crown. We know it is heavy laden with precious jewels. We also know Beth, you have the strength to wear it. How stunning you must look in your glorified body and gorgeous robes. No more suffering, no more tears Girlfriend!
We can’t even imagine what Beth is experiencing in Glory. I bet it’s a sight to behold.
During the short 4 years that we both knew her, Beth became a precious, dear friend to us quickly. As soon as we bought the property beside her, she warmly welcomed us to the neighborhood. Beth had the brightest smile, delicious baked goods, hand sewn gifts and warmest hugs that touched our hearts and lit up our days. She was generous with her time and abilities to selflessly help us with whatever we needed.
Beth’s daughter, Amy is just like her mother. I loved witnessing their love and care of one another.
I’m also thankful that Amy and Lona cared for Beth until the end. They provided Beth the precious gifts of comfort and optimal care at her home during her passing, surrounding her in perfect love.
Beth didn’t need to tell us how she loved and served the Lord because His Spirit was radiating from her like a beacon in a dark and stormy sea. We cherish every single moment we had with her.
She was kinda like Snow White. She had a way with animals that was mesmerizing. Caring for their needs, provided food, water, shelter, safety and love.
There’s so much more we could tell you about her but we know all who knew her have a plethora of beautiful stories as well.
We look forward to the day we can see you again Beth. We love and miss you here and will until we’re reconciled. Rest well and enjoy Paradise dear friend!
A class act. Always positive and a pleasure to talk to both at the Parole Board and Records Section. Rest in peace my friend.
Beth, you always made me feel welcome in your home and never made me feel less than. You accepted me for who and what I was and showed me what a happy home should look like. I cherished my years being close friends with you and Amy and riding my bike to your house with no warning. You never turned me away. I felt so loved and safe in your home and you even went out of your way a few times to make me my first few cosplay. You never made me feel like a little weirdo and you encouraged me in my art. You will be so very missed. I know all those fur babies have been waiting to see you again.
Beth was an incredible person whose love for all animals, Amy, and helping those around her certainly showed through both her actions and words. She dogsat for us all the time and would even drop off presents for my childhood dog (and cried when he passed). Beth will be truly missed by everyone.
Beth was an inspiration to all. Her kindness, charity, and love for everyone and everything will be greatly missed. She loved life and embraced every day. Another angel in Heaven. Rest well my friend.
My thoughts and prayers to her family. She was a wonderful person to work with and an even better friend. She will be missed by many.
Beth was a breath of fresh air. She graduated from high school the year before me with my brother Paul Huffman. Growing up we were all close and it had been many years since I had seen her. I remember her laugh, she laughed all the time. It is a wonderful blessing knowing that she is now in Heaven with Paul. I can hear them laughing now.
I am sorry for your loss, she was a wonderful person, and friend. God Bless her husband and daughter during this difficult time.
In Christ, Julie
We extend our deepest sympathies on behalf of the Humane Society for Hamilton County. Our thoughts and prayers are with Beth’s family during this devastating time.
