Cori worked for me as one of my camp counselors at the Salvation Army camp in Bedford IN. This is where i met her and fell in love with her. I could tell you how sweet she was and how her smile carried for miles, but everyone knows that. But, one day at camp she called me in a panic on the radio. I went right away as it was an emergency. Cori had found a birds nest with young fallen from the cabin. She was in tears. We nailed a tupperware container to the wall of the cabin near where it fell from and put the nest and young in it. She was so excited when the mother returned. She continued to check and give me updates til the day the job ended and she went home. I remember the birds leaving the nest only days after Cori left camp. I love Cori and always will. She has secured a spot in my heart for eternity. And for that i will always be grateful. I never expected Cori to be called home before me, but i know she will keep the light lit and i will see her again some day. I have been truly blessed by the small but great part of her life she shared with me.
Corrina was everything to me, I loved her with all my heart I was lucky enough to spend two years with her as we went through a lot together. I remember I even got her hired onto my job with me as we worked the same shift she was a hard working woman with a strong back bone and a good since of humar, she always knew how to make me smile even on my worst days, she always knew how to Iight up a room with her smile and grace I would give anything to see her beautiful smile again. I love you Corrina we will meet up again in heaven one day. I love you always and forever.
