Cynthia A. “Cindy” Welch, 65, of Indianapolis, passed away on July 24, 2025, at Franciscan Health Indianapolis with family by her side. Cindy wore several hats in law enforcement having worked as a deputy, dispatcher, and most recently a correctional officer at Reception Diagnostic Center in Plainfield. She attended Mooresville Friends Church for several years.
