David Ray Mosier

David Ray Mosier. 61, of Indianapolis, died unexpectedly on Friday, June 21, 2024 at his home. He was born in Indianapolis on January 1, 1963 to the late Cecil Brian Mosier and Rose Mosier.

David was a longtime member of the Moose Lodge in Speedway. He was a driver for Community Ford in Mooresville for over 20 years. In fact, he loved to drive. Most of his spare time was spent taking a drive in his truck. And if that drive included a food stop at a sit-down restaurant, it was even better! His all-time favorite restaurant was Golden Corral.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew him including his son, Levi (fiancé, Julie) Mosier of Indianapolis; brothers, Doug Mosier of Indianapolis and Jim Mosier of Indianapolis, and grandson, Colton Malik of Mooresville.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Rose Mosier and his wife and the love of his life, Lisa Ann (Porter) Mosier.

In keeping with David’s wishes, his earthly remains will be cremated. Cremation has been entrusted to Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory in Mooresville.

  1. I worked with Dave for almost 20 years. In the early days we made a lot of trips together for dealer trades ,mostly to Cincinnati. I will definitely miss seeing him everyday at the ford dealer. Deepest sympathy to the family.

  2. I worked with Dave during the last 18 years. He always had a story to tell and could get a laugh out you. He was one of the most dependable people I knew. I’m going to miss him. Prayers and condolences to his family.
