Guestbook

  1. With a sad heart we light this candle for our dear friend (brother) Dave. We will always think of you when we see the sun rays shining down through the clouds, just like we did this morning. Do all the burnouts in heaven buddy, until we meet again sweet friend!

  2. I’m so very sad and just in shock that we lost Dave. He was an amazing man who loved his family with all his being. He also had a love for the people he worked with which I felt all of the 14 years I’ve worked with Dave. I will miss him so much and my prayers and thoughts go out to all his kids whom he talked proudly about often and his wife who he loved so proudly and deeply!

  3. A true family man. I can’t imagine the hole in your lives. You’ve got so many memories. Let those comfort you in the days ahead.

  4. Words can’t express the sorrow from losing a child..but know prayers are being made for strength and the peace of God for all of this family during this time of grief and loss .

  5. For many years, I worked with Dave first as a sub-contractor and then as an employee. I’ll never forget how wonderful and selfless of a man he is. In August 2024 while my wife was in the hospital being treated for cancer, Dave took the time from his own hospital bed, having had surgery, to call me and check on my wife’s condition. Grief is the last opportunity we have to show our love. There is a tremendous amount of love happening right now. I just can’t imagine a future going forward without Dave’s love, his compassion, and his empathy at the helm of this organization. You truly be missed Dave, but you will never be forgotten.

  6. Sending hugs and prayers to your family during this time! We are so sorry for your loss.

  7. Kristyn, I am so sorry you have to go thru this. I can’t believe he will never come in Nailers and hang out n eat. Was always a joy seeing the both of you. Your love was a testament of how love should be.

  8. I can only remember the positive and personal discussions we used to have when we worked together at Netech and then Presidio. Dave was always willing to talk and such a positive influence. Rest in peace my friend prayers for your family.

  9. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time. David (my cousin)will be missed, and our family reunions won’t be the same. Living so far away, we did not get to see you all to often, but I will be forever grateful for the family get together we had last year for grandma Johnsons birthday I believe David himself had planned.
    Sending our love.

  10. I had the pleasure of meeting Dave through work, and was lucky enough to meet him personally in Indiana recently. I feel lucky to have done so. He and I clicked instantly, his great sense of humor, work ethic, and love for his family and friends really shines through. His team valued him as a leader, and a friend, and that is a rare gift. I will miss him.

  11. I met Dave when I moved to Indiana some time ago and always seemed to cross paths throughout the years. He was always fair and had a way of making bad situations good. Still not sure how he had that magic but that was jut him.

  12. I was lucky to work with Dave for many years. Such a good person and colleague – always setting an example of doing the right thing. He will be greatly missed.
