Diana Mae Hall

 81, of Mooresville, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family on December 17, 2024. Diana was born on September 26, 1943 in Plainfield, Indiana to the late Wilfred Heald and Doris (Hardin) Heald.

Instilled with a strong work ethic, Diana worked as a physical education teacher for Perry Township Schools for many years as well as obtaining her real estate broker’s license. She worked for Century 21, before going into business for herself, owning and operating Classic Realty and most recently as a broker emeritus for Berkshire Hathaway. She also served on many civic boards including, the Indy Parks Board, Baxter YMCA Board as well as a Republican Precinct Committee Chairwoman on the Southside of Indianapolis. She will be remembered as a go-getter, a determined hard worker, who was also very generous and loving to all whom she met.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Alan Heald; sister Karen Coon,son Jason Wilson, and grandson Joseph Strachan.

She is survived by her daughter Jenee Oldfather (Frederick); son James Wilson (Mary); sisters Myrna Peacock, Nita Bogart, Eileen Mongan, Evelyn Danner; 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, who will all miss her dearly. Family and friends will gather to celebrate Diana’s life on Friday, December 27th from 4-6pm at Carlisle Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, with memorial services beginning at 6pm, Friday December 27th in the funeral home.

  1. Such a wonderful lady and landlord. She touched our lives in so many ways throughout the years we have known her. We are so happy to have known her and her wonderful family. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

  2. So sorry for the loss of Diana my father and Diana,after my mom pass in 2015 became good friends spent a lot of time together and became very close they enjoyed there time together and she was so good to him as he was to her classy lady.RIP AND GOD BLESS
