  1. beautiful video of your mother. Carol Marcie and Darryl, I remember coming to a winnie roast at your house when we were in grade school and I told your mom I did not like hot dogs. She gave me a hotdog bun with chips and ketchup in it and said ‘eat this then’! In her later years, I got reacquainted with her at Bridgemor Village. I still have the wandering Jew from the start she gave me. I have the baby blanket she crocheted for my grandson, and the curtains she made for my bedroom are still up. I remember visiting with her in her condo and always looking at all the chickens and hens! We would visit as she crocheted and listened to country music on Tv. I know your loss is great and I will be praying for you and your family

  2. I was an employee of the swinney family back in the eighties. They accepted me into their company, and then into their family. They stood by me and made me into a much better person, and to this day I am grateful for that. I hope that they would also be proud that I carry what they did for me to this day. When I left their company to pursue a career in the electric utility industry, I received so much support, Edith left me a going away basket with gifts, balloons , the works. To this day I cherish that and all of their support that helped me succeed in life. It is with that I give my most sincere condolence for your family. Daryl, thank you for allowing me into your family, it is so much appreciated

One time when we were both cutting our grass, every round we made we would wave to each other. I saw her jump off her tractor and run in the house. I couldn’t figure out what was happening, later she told me that her ‘hair’ was snatched off her head and was stuck in a tree.
