Ed will always have a special place in my heart. And no one will ever make tuna salad the way Ed Eubank did. You will never be forgotton. Won’t say good bye just ‘See you later.!
I remember Uncle Eddie fondly. Mom and dad bring us to your house to visit. The first time I had Chinese food was with Uncle Eddie and Aunt Barb and you girls. I remember it was a good evening. It’s funny the things we remember. Having lost mom and dad I wish you all to find comfort in each other and your families.
Every minute spent with Ed was always fun, special, & memorable. To know him was to love him. He was one of a kind, always marched to the beat of his own drummer & put his heart & soul into everything he did. God bless his sweet wonderful soul with blessings & heartfelt condolences to surviving family members and his many friends. We were lucky to have him and to know he’s smiling down on us now and always.

We also shared a great love of C.S. Lewis. This simple quote sums it up quite correctly…A humble man with a glorious smile and a giving heart, my Father will be missed by many and loved into eternity. You were the best, Dad.
