Aunt Jane was such a sweet caring lady and we will miss her dearly. She always treated me with love and admiration. I will never forget when she visited us in Texas several years ago. One day i came home early from work and i saw a lady on a ladder outside my office window at the house cleaning the windows. She was so funny when i told her to get off that ladder. Her house was so clean and emaculate. If there was a mess, Aunt Jane was going to make sure it was cleaned. I bet she is the first one god let clean the pearly gates!!!! We love you Aunt Jane!!!!
Thanks Ray for the sweet comments. I remember the window washing so well – good memories. She was very good and loving to all of us. We will miss her.
We have fond memories of Jane and Jim. Jane and our Dad were first cousins.
She and Jim were always so kind and loving when we saw them; always beautiful and their home was always absolutely lovely and immaculate! Our love and condolences to her brother, Max, and the rest of our family.. Dixie McCloud Kivett (Jeff) and Dianna McCloud Shuler (Bob)
Jane was our most wonderful neighbor for 14 years. We had a standing Friday night dinner at each other’s home for many years. Jane took care of us, and we took care of her. She was a part of our family and will be terribly missed. We send our love and prayers to you and your family.

Thank you for your sweet and kind words…. oh how she looked forward to those Friday night dinners with you….thank you so much for your continued devotion to her.
I’m sorry this is so late but I just heard about Mrs. Newman’s passing yesterday. I’m so sorry to hear about this, she was quite the lady and a wonderful neighbor and friend to my mom, Sadie Shrout. I enjoyed our talks those last few months before she changed residences. Our prayers for her family and friends, she will be missed by many.
