Franklin Herbert Maxwell, Jr.

April 2, 1980 ~ April 23, 2021
Franklin Herbert Maxwell Jr, age 41, of Martinsville, passed away on April 23, 2021. Franklin was born on April 2, 1980, in Tuscon, Arizona, to Franklin Herbert Maxwell and Kellene Rossi. He was raised in the church and was a Christian.
After turning seventeen, Franklin served the nation as a member of the United States Army. Briefly stationed in Baumholder, Germany, during the late 1990s, Franklin often recounted the privilege of being in Germany on the tenth anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. His time spent aboard gave him a passion for traveling and appreciating new places through their food. Franklin had a passion for replicating local dishes or putting his unique style on a recipe made from scratch. He took pride in using his creative ingenuity by using whatever ingredients he had on hand. Franklin's happiest times were spent cooking with his two daughters Makayla and Makenna. His girls were the love of his life, and he always had a way of highlighting their accomplishments to everyone he met.
Franklin spent most of his life working as a Journey Electrician. He worked on several major construction builds, including numerous solar fields throughout Arizona. Franklin often used his mechanical skills to help his family and friends by fixing up their vehicles or completing projects for those in need. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
Survivors include his daughters Makayla and Makenna Maxwell, his mother Kellene Rossi, sisters Francesca Rossi and Alexandra Rossi, brothers Euin T Maxwell, David R. Rossi, Charles M. Maxwell, and Vincent Samuel Rossi.
Final arrangements are entrusted to Carlisle-Branson Funeral Service and Crematory. Visit www.carlislebranson.com to share a favorite memory or to sign the online guest registry. Services will be private.

We will miss you so much Herb. You taught me so much about being a man and a father. You taught to work hard for everything I get and for that I am a greater man. Thank you for being here for me when I got married. You will alway be my best man. Thanks for waking trish down the isle. It meant so much for her. Thanks for teaching sativa to ride a bike. She will know that skill for life. You were truly a great man and this world does not deserve you. Rest easy my oldest brother for we will see each other again. I love you.
Prayers for the family.
Herb, We thought of you with love today. But that is nothing new. We thought about you yesterday. And days before that too. We think of you in silence. We often speak your name. Now all we have is memories. And your picture in a frame. Your memory is our keepsake. With which we’ll never part. God has you in his keeping. We have you in our heart.. Aunt Vee, Marsha and Joey
