Fred E. Spice, 95, Indianapolis, passed away December 21, 2016. Mr. Spice was born May 28, 1921, in Lyons, Indiana, to the late Fred adn Allie (Myers) Spice.

He proudly served in the United States Army during World War II and was Purple Heart recipient. He was a truck driver for many years before retirement.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2016, 1 p.m. (Central Time) in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Scottsville, Kentucky.
