  1. What an amazing man Uncle GW was!! He had the greatest sence of humor …always had a good story to tell and it almost always envolved family!!! He was a good one to have in your corner!!! I loved him so, and I will truly miss him!!??

  2. Cowboy was a good friend and longtime co-worker at Hunt Paving with my dad, John Shrout. Dad always liked and respected Cowboy. We’re sorry for your loss and our prayers are with you during this difficult time. God bless you all. Terry Shrout

  3. I wish I could’ve known him better than I did, but every time I saw him, be it a Scott family reunion or a funeral he always had a big smile and a firm handshake. I shall not look upon his like again.

  4. Our deepest sympathy to Wynne and family in the loss of your dear husband, father and grandfather and to my cousins in the loss of your baby brother. Please know we send love, thoughts and prayers. Velva (Gholson) & Bob Kaffenberger Evansville, IN

  5. George was a very special man and our very favorite brother-in-law. Actually, he was more like a brother to Jerry and then Merry. Our hearts go out to Wynne, Kelly, Kathy, and Kristy and all other family and friends. We shall remember him with love & admiration, and shall miss him terribly.

  6. I am from Webber International University, a friend of Kelly’s. Everything I read is mirrored in Kelly; firm handshake, good friend, well respected, amazing, sense of humor, good story to tell, good one to have in your corner, like a brother,. One of the greatest tributes is how you are remembered and exemplified in your descendants. I certainly can vouch that Kelly was a really good student of his father. My condolences to the family of obviously a member fondly remembered.
