A truly godly gentleman and a dear brother in Christ. I have only fond memories of the brief time we shared in Florida with you and Hugh, Nancy , so many years ago. I know what it’s like to lose a beloved spouse. But, rest assured, God WILL sustain you throughout the period of grieving, though it takes time!

I remember attending church camp in Rushville, IN. where Hugh was a tribe leader, dorm father, counselor and good friend to us all. When, as a very young man, I was asked to preach my first sermon, Hugh offered his assistance, advice and loaned me one of his sermons to preach. He had a heart of gold and a great love for people. His smile could light up the entire campground. Love you Hugh – we’ll see you soon!
