John W. Simpson

John W. Simpson, 51, Centeron, died November 12, 2014, at IU Health - Morgan Hospital. Mr. Simpson was born July 28, 1963, in Mattoon, Illinois, to the late John Edgar Simpson and Carol Sue (Cline) Simpson.

John had worked with his father years ago as a self-employed scrapper. He enjoyed attending antique farm equipment shows throughout the Midwest. He enjoyed antique tractors, farm equipment and tooling.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Simpson. Survivors include a host of friends.

The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m., Tuesday, November 25, 2014, at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until service time.
