We are thinking of you during this difficult time.
Karen has a beautiful soul both tough as nails but soft and gentle. I remember when Joeys snake got out of his cage, quite some time had passed and I kind of forgot until I went to pick up a belt and it moved!! I screeched, Karen immediately, cowgirled up and said “did you find Joeys snake?” I am terrified and she calmly stopped what she was doing and picked it up and returned it to its home. As she came back she said. “The things you do for your kids” ߘ I told her my kids would be on their own if they had a pet snake! We laughed and went on about our business. That is just 1 of many stories I can giggle about with Karen. I will certainly miss her bold spirit, knowledge of politics and passion for what she believed in.
My heart is so heavy, RIP Karen, you will be deeply missed by so many. My deepest condolences to all of her loved ones.
