Laura Williams, 81 of Mooresville passed away surrounded by her loving family on March 9, 2021. Laura was born on October 26, 1939 in Indianapolis, to the late Dill and Laura (Ward) Gordon.
Laura worked at Pasqueles Pizza and Taures Foods for many years. She was a faithful member of Mt. Gilead Church. Laura enjoyed playing a good round of euchre and bingo at the senior center. Her biggest love in life was her family. Laura loved holiday gatherings with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Doyle Gordon and Bob Ward; and brother-n-law, Frantz Coy.
Survivors include her daughters, Sis (Mike) Taylor, Linda (Jack) Butler, Ronda (Tim) Gibson, and Janie (Terry) Lowhorn; sisters, Dorlas Coy and Judy (Norman) Cromer; grandchildren, Michael Taylor, Mandy Stivers, Justin Butler, Shawn Spaulding, Brandy Kocher, and Lindsay Butler.
Celebration of Life will be on March 20, 2021, 1 pm at Brooklyn Shelter House 3277 E. Centenary Road, Mooresville, IN 46158. Laura Mae was one special lady. She always had a smile. She will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends. Fly high honey, I know you already have your wings. Rest in God’s hands.
Aunt Mae, You will always be in my heart and thoughts forever. I will always have so many memories of you. You have impacted so many lives with your love, kindness and caring.
