Guestbook

  1. Leonard was the sweetest, kindest man. He was always so kind to my grandson. We have thought of him many times since he left Old Bethel.

  2. I am so sorry to hear this. You were one of the best neighbors on Euclid Ave. I always missed you when I had to move to take care of my mother. Now I live in AZ I still wondered what happened to you. Prayers for you family.

  3. Dear Leonard, We have so dearly missed you, our friend, these many years since being away from Old Bethel.
Your spirit and compassion to deliver audio tapes of Sunday services to so many members who were unable to attend touched us so deeply to serve also in Old Bethel’s Christian Care Ministries. For each of us who served as your “uber” driver before it even became such a thing, we were honored and blessed to enable you to do the one thing that was most important in your heart…keep God’s word in the homes and lives of those who believe
John 3:16: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but
    have everlasting life”.
We praise the Lord you are finally with Him and your dear precious Mary (and children), together, sharing everlasting life.
You will always be loved by your Old Bethel United Methodist family. 11.8.2024

  4. Leonard was the most kindest and sweetest man that I’d ever known. We are cousins by marriage and I’ve known him since I was very young. There are so many wonderful memories that I have of him and that makes me so happy! My heart goes out to Donna and her Children, they’ve lost a very precious man. Love to all of you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  5. We remember Leonard in the Old Bethel kitchen during Summer Fare. He was happily making his way through a pile of dirty stainless steel baking pans, visiting as he was scrubbing. Leonard was a cheerful and faithful servant. He was a regular church attendee and visitor to those who had health issues that kept them at home. It was a joy to be one of Leonard’s friends.
