Lilly I. McKinney
85, of Mooresville, passed away on August 8, 2025 at Wellbrooke of Avon. Lilly was born on August 26, 1939 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Sherman and Eva (Freeman) Krutz.

Lilly was a proud graduate of Decatur Central High School, class of 1957. She had a long work life, retiring from Indiana Bell and USA Group. She was a member of the Plainfield Baptist Church, the Indiana Bell Pioneers Club, as well as the Order of the Eastern Star, Bridgeport Chapter and Lynhurst Chapter #505. She loved being a mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Francis Larsen as well as a brother Samuel Krutz and a sister Alice Timofeev.

She is survived by her son Fred (Dianna) Larsen; grandchildren Amy (Nick) Stumph, Larry (Erica) Armstrong; great grandchildren Charolette Stumph, Caroline Stumph, Cannon Armstrong and Sayler Armstrong.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate Lilly’s life on Tuesday, August 12th from 4-7pm at Carlisle Branson Funeral Service & Crematory. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 13th at 10am at the funeral home. Burial will follow the services in West Newton Cemetery.
