Mary Katherine “Kathy” Gray, 55, Lebanon, formerly of Mooresville, died October 8, 2015, in St. Vincent Hospital. Kathy was born September 5, 1960, in Beech Grove, to the late Wayne and Albertine (Dotson) Gray.

For the past several years, Kathy enjoyed residing at Pine Ridge in Lebanon. She held various jobs through the Arc of Indiana. Kathy loved music, drinking coffee, and her favorite food was cat fish. She will be missed by her loving family and her adopted family at Pine Ridge.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, David F. Gray and one sister, Judith Ann Brummett.

Survivors include brothers, Delbert W. Gray (Jo Ann) of Mooresville, Gerald L. Gray of Mooresville, and Henry M. Gray (Cindy) of Tennessee; a host of nieces and nephews.

Friends and family will gather to celebrate the life of Mary Katherine Gray on Sunday, October 11, 2015, 2 to 5 p.m. in the chapel at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville. The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m., Monday, October 12, 2015, in the funeral home. Burial will be in White Lick Cemetery, Mooresville. Memorial contributions may be made to the Arc of Indiana. People were drawn to her sweet and loving spirit and she will be deeply missed by anyone who was lucky enough to share any part of her life.   5. Kathy was a bright light in our family. She always meant so much to me. I will miss her so much even though I couldn’t see her very often. I love you Cousin.   6. I loved Kathy , She was so nice and funny. Every time we saw her she would always tell me her birthday was coming up every week, she was turning a certain age. She would always ask me about Kayla, How old she was, where she goes to school, etc. She would ask about Kevin.   8. I have many fond memories of Kathy. Whenever she would come to visit my parents, they made split-pea soup for Kathy…..she loved that soup!!! Kathy always called me ‘little Walt’. Kathy was loved by everyone and will be missed by everyone! Walter Gray, Jr.

  9. I will never forget my one and only ‘Skippy’! She will always have a spot in my heart. I was her softball coach for years and her staff for 11 years at the Arc! I will forever love her!! Miss you lots. See you soon Kathy!!!

  10. This would have been Kathy’s 15 year as Sleeping Beauty for Halloween. The PCS program will never have another Sleeping Beauty as special as Kathy Gray.
