One of Mike’s favorite spots at Little Eva Lake in Ontario Canada. A spot he shared and had fond memories of him and his dad. Mike was a man of integrity and of his word. Always had something to say and was quite witty. He is a man I called my friend and mentor in the inspection business. He was like a brother to me and I will miss him dearly. Love you brother and friend.
Caught alot of fish with Mike. Had hoped to do so again. Sadly, it will not be so. Our thoughts and prayers are extended to the Richhart family. Mike will be sorely missed. Nancy & Barth Fisher

I’m so sorry to hear this news. I’ve been a Realtor/inspection friend of Mike’s for 15 years. He was an amazing man, fair, honest and ethical. He often spoke of his love of fishing and hunting and his grandson and most recently about being time to retire. I pray for peace and comfort for the entire Richhart family as they try to heal from this tremendous loss. Vicky Peters / Carpenter Realtors
Thoughts and prayers are with the family
I am so sorry for your loss. Mike was my favorite home inspector for our personal homes, as well as family and numerous clients for the years I worked with Carpenter Realtors. I remember it seemed like it took Mike forever to take the leap and become his own inspection company. When he finally did, it was a great move. I loved sharing grandchild pictures and stories with him and he will be missed by many.
Thinking of you & sending our love!
My heart and prayers are with your family. My deepest condolences.
