  1. My condolences to Patsy’s family. She was a kinda a caring neighbor. I remember her grilling outside in the winter snow before it was popular. She saved my dog when she tried to escape the backyard and her chain got caught on the fence. The Ruch family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
