  12. My heart is in mourning from the loss of my beloved cousin, Paula. She was such a loving, kind, and caring person. My first memory of her was when I was six years old, and her being about three then, in 1975. She loved helping our Mammaw pick Daisies in her flower garden, up on Skaggs Hill in Pennington Gap, VA. The next time I saw her, I was ten years old and she was about seven. She would always greet me with a warm hug. The final time I got to see her, was during the summer of 1985. We got to spend practically the whole summer, just going places together. Her last words to me on the phone, was that I should come up to Indiana and get to meet her and the family once again. I’m sorry that I couldn’t make that happen, while I had the chance. Please forgive me. May you always find comfort and peace, in the arms of the LORD, and bring healing to those of us left behind now, as our very own angel in heaven. GOD bless you cousin.
