Roberta E. Gilman
85, Mooresville, passed away on July 10, 2017 at St Francis Hospital- Indianapolis. Roberta was born on May 18, 1932 in Morgan County Indiana to the late Thornton Hinson and Helen (Beck) Hinson Wilson.
In addition to raising her five children, Roberta worked as a circuit board assembler for Esterline Angus for many years before retirement. However, she most enjoyed spending time with her family and going to the casinos to play slots and was an avid Bingo player.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters; Louise Bodin and Phyllis Wyss.
Survivors include her children; Mitchell Gilman of Mooresville, Dennis Gilman of Mooresville, Julia Emberton and her husband Curtis of Spearsville, Jim Gilman of Mooresville, Kathy Raikes and her husband Bob of Martinsville and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Thursday July 13th from 4:00pm- 7:00pm at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville.
