  16. Sherry was my childhood best friend. We lived right across the street from each other on Maple Lane. Even thou she was younger, Sherry is the one who taught me to smoke I still remember laying in her bed at night with the lights out writing out our names with our lit cigs. We smoked Marlboro because that is what Jean and Chucked smoked and they bought their cigs by the carton, easier to sneak. She was my maid of honor at my wedding in ’76. We lost touch after I married and left but I don’t think I could think of one childhood memory that doesn’t have Sherry in it. I always rhought we would see each other again. That there would be time. I was wrong. We have checked in with face book now and then and to see that she is gone is heart breaking.

  17. I am very sorry for your loss. The Bible can provide much-needed comfort at this difficult time. John 5:28, 29 says, “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life.” For more information please go to http://www.JW.org.
