I worked for Terry a short time on a room addition he was doing for Smith Bros, I believe it was winter of 1993.I’d responded to a help wanted ad in the newspaper. I found Terry to be a really great guy and I appreciated the opportunity. I remember listening to Rush Limbaugh everyday and discussing “theories” . Terry was a good Christian.I’m glad I got to meet and know him a little bit in this life.Rest now my friend.
In Terry’s Obit. it does not mention that Terry Maskell at one time served as a Morgan County Deputy Sheriff back in the mid 1970’s. I rode with Terry many times while he was on patrol. He was a fine officer and an asset to the department. He was a stand up guy and you always knew that he had your back in any given situation. I really enjoyed working with Terry and he got along well with everyone in the department. He was also a licensed Amateur Radio Operator aka (HAM Radio) and his FCC assigned call letters were N9UCX.
