Nina, we are so very sorry to hear about Bill. He was a wonderful man and a good friend to all. His music will sound good up in heaven. And I have a feeling the Lord has a mushroom patch waiting just for him. Your family and you are in our prayers.
We are so sad to hear about Bill passing away, but knowing He is with the Lord He loved so much and was looking forward to that day, we have peace. He will be playing music for the Lord who He loved so much. He was such a gentle soul. Everyone loved him. He will be playing music and hunting mushrooms all the time now. If we were up there, we would be at the funeral, but will be in the panhandle of Fl. at my daughter’s taking care of the grandkids for two weeks. We really enjoyed playing music with Bill and now, he will be playing for the LORD, can’t get any better than that. Love and Prayers go out to you and your family. Love you , Bertie and Kermit

Bill will be greatly missed .He will be playing bass in Heaven.
One year at one of our Church Christmas Parties, someone brought a gift for their White-elephant exchange, and Bill got the gift and saw it was a talking Minor Bird and he fell in Love with that Bird, not knowing the next person to draw a gift wanted it too, so he took it from Bill and he wasn’t a happy man till he found out that he could use Nina to get it back for him, and the crowd went wild than. Anyway to make a long story short, he got to take his bird home that night. But I guess it got old hearing that Bird repeat everything he said, so next year,(you guessed it) he brought it back to give it a new home, and they were both,(no all three) were all happier for that trade in. Well Bill you were a real Hoot and we are going to miss that side of you and we Love You Too, Dave and Diana Thompson
