Dennis McCoy

Dennis McCoy, 83, of West Harrison Indiana, most recently residing at Miller’s in Mooresville, passed away Sunday, June 25, 2023 at Franciscan Health Mooresville. He was born on May 6, 1940 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Mark and Alice (Hacket) McCoy. Dennis married Charlotte Stead on April 16, 1966, and she preceded him in death in 2022.

Dennis spent many years working for Hyatt Regency Cincinnati as an engineer before his retirement in 2002. In his free time, Dennis enjoyed working in his shed, being a homebody, and was an avid Notre Dame fan. Dennis will be remembered by his family as a loving husband and devoted dad.

In addition to his parents and wife, Dennis is preceded in death by his brothers, Tom (Mary Ellen) McCoy, Terry (Toni) McCoy, Tim (Brenda) McCoy; and sisters, Mary (Richard) Rust and Monica (Lou) Kamp.

Survivors include his children, Denise (Tracy) McCoy and Brian (Billy Bowman) McCoy; brother, Mike (Roseanne) McCoy; as well as several nieces and nephews.
